Klaus and Henrike Eckhardt (vocals, cittern, flutes, bowed psaltery) have made it their mission to revive the traditional music of the German-French border region. On their CD "Uhlensang" they play songs from the collection "Verklingende Weisen", which the pastor Louis Pinck compiled at the beginning of the 20th century in German-speaking Lorraine. Lust for life, lovesickness, parting pain, uncanny occurrences, hardship and happiness - they all find their echo in the centuries-old words and melodies that Erledanz makes resound again.

Klaus et Henrike Eckhardt (chant, cistre, flûtes, psaltérion à archet) se sont donné pour mission de faire revivre la musique traditionnelle de la région frontalière franco-allemande. Sur leur CD "Uhlensang", ils interprètent des chansons tirées du recueil "Verklingende Weisen", compilé par le pasteur Louis Pinck au début du 20e siècle en Lorraine germanophone. La joie de vivre, le chagrin d'amour, la douleur des adieux, les événements inquiétants, la détresse et le bonheur - tous trouvent un écho dans les mots et les mélodies vieux de plusieurs siècles qu'Erledanz fait à nouveau résonner.

Klaus und Henrike Eckhardt (Gesang, Zister, Flöten, Streichpsalter) haben es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, die traditionelle Musik der deutsch-französischen Grenzregion wiederzubeleben. Auf ihrer CD "Uhlensang" spielen sie Lieder aus der Sammlung "Verklingende Weisen", die der Pfarrer Louis Pinck zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts im deutschsprachigen Lothringen zusammengestellt hat. Lebenslust, Liebeskummer, Abschiedsschmerz, unheimliche Begebenheiten, Not und Glück - sie alle finden ihren Widerhall in den jahrhundertealten Worten und Melodien, die Erledanz wieder zum Klingen bringt.
